What Agents do and How They’re Paid
Whether you use a Realtor or a real estate agent, the pay works the same. If you’re purchasing a home, you don’t pay your Realtor. Only the selling party pays the agent(s) involved – both the selling and buying agent.

Specifically here at Springs Realty, we not only put a sign in your yard, we also post your home on the MLS and market it through our various social media channels (totaling over 2,500 followers). We work to get your house as much exposure as possible!
Along with this, we deal with the other agents and potential buyers. We will handle all the scheduling and will help you with the tedious paperwork and negotiating process. Having worked in the industry for several years, we know it like the backs of our hands and will make sure you understand it as well.
You Don’t Just get the Agent
Depending on the Realtor (or real estate agent) you decide to work with, each has they’re own network of brokers, loan officers, inspectors, etc. You don’t have to worry about finding each of these professionals individually.
